At ELEVATE COLLABORATIVE, we envision a world where the beauty of American Sign Language and the transformative power of theatre converge to create an inclusive, dynamic, and artistically vibrant stage. We are dedicated to empowering ASL interpreters to transcend the role of translation and fully embrace their identity as artists, co-creators, and storytellers.
Our collective strives to reimagine theatre as a space where interpretation is not an addition but an integral part of the creative process—where interpreters collaborate with directors, actors, and designers to craft performances that resonate visually, emotionally, and culturally with all audiences.
